SAM files cannot be uploaded

Hi!
I am trying to do a periodicity analysis and I cant upload any of my SAM files.
Do you might have an idea what could be wrong?

Hello Maria,
in the meantime as a workaround, try to upload your file choosing your file type as a BAM. When the file is uploaded in your history, choose Edit Attributes (pencil icon) and select the Datatype tab. Set the New Type as sam.
Later we will need to address this issue by adding sam as a File Format for the Upload File tool.

I hope this workaround will help to upload your SAM files.
