upload via ftp

Hi, I am trying to upload the fasta genome file for mouse (mm10) via ftp but I get the following error:

Any clue about how to correct this?

Hi there,

You could try using an FTP client tool such as FileZilla to upload the data. Some slides on the usage of FileZilla to upload to RiboGalaxy are provided on the 'RiboGalaxy demo slides' on the Published Pages (http://ribogalaxy.ucc.ie/page/list_published).

If this does not work, please let us know so that we can investigate further.
