Global aggregates
Hello,

Regarding the ribosome profiling data of elongating ribosomes - Could you please explain how exactly the "global aggregate" has been created?

As much as I understand the "global aggregate" is based on all the available tracks of the organism. Will you provide such an aggregate for C.elegans also (one that combines all the data from 2011 and 2012)?

Thank you for your help!

RE: Global aggregates
Hi,

Yes you are correct that the global aggregate track is the aggregation of the tracks already available. See http://gwips.ucc.ie/cgi-bin/hgTrackUi?hg...9&g=Global where the tracks included are listed beneath the global track.

The global aggregate tracks are now available for C. elegans.

Thanks for your question,
Claire
