Documentation for mapping not functioning

Hi,

it appears that the link in the initial mapping step for the documentation is not working.

I was trying to understand which parameters to set how.

Is there maybe an alternative link?

if by "initial mapping step" you mean "Align to genome using Bowtie", you could try this cached link in the meantime:
