Hi Yingpu,

You can generate metagene plots with the Metagene Analysis tool in the riboSeqR suite of tools (Step 3). After aligning to your transcriptome, you will need to run steps 1 step 2 in riboSeqR before step 3 can be run.

Hi there

I am having the same issue where my plots for periodicity show values of zero.
I have checked the fasta of Human 19, that I downloaded from UCSC table through ribogalaxy and there dont seem to be any additional spaces, as described in this thread.
I can shall my history if that helps?
