Currently there are 26 S. cerevisiae ribosome profiling data sets available for download. Is there a resource providing relevant metadata (i.e., a summary of the individual protocols used within each study/a link to the original GEO entries for each data set) for each, other than doing a google scholar search for the original papers based on the author last name and the year published?

Hi,
We don't provide details of the individual protocols. However the accession numbers of the original GEO entries from where the data sets were downloaded are available on https://gwips.ucc.ie/uploads/global_aggregate_logs/global_aggregate_log.txt. This link is provided in the Description section of for each Global track for each organism. In addition, for each individual study, we provide a link to the publication.
