Hi,

We don't provide details of the individual protocols. However the accession numbers of the original GEO entries from where the data sets were downloaded are available on https://gwips.ucc.ie/uploads/global_aggr...e_log.txt. This link is provided in the Description section of for each Global track for each organism. In addition, for each individual study, we provide a link to the publication.
