About the output of Table Browser
Hi, everyone!

I have just used table browser and was confused about the output.
I select Group, track, table, then give a file contain the region. Following is the head of output, I want to know why line begin with "#" exists, it means there are some data in the section, or I should be carefull with the section, or I just ignore it? I really curious about why it is output.

Thanks for any suggestion!

track type=wiggle_0 name="HeLa: miR-155 12h" description="Ribo-seq unique mappers from miR-155 (12h) transfection of HeLa cells (Guo et al. 2010) "

RE: About the output of Table Browser

If the filter option is not set, then the output will be broken into chromosome sections starting with commented out entries "#bedGraph section ...".

If you don't want "#bedGraph section ..." lines in your output, then create a filter size (the 1,000,000,000 option should cater for all datasets).

Hope this explains your output format and thanks for your query.
