Description mRNA-seq unique mappers from lymphoblastoid cell lines . Methods
Raw sequence data were obtained from NCBI FTP directory (SRP055009). Data from the following samples were processed:
GM12878 | mRNA-seq data from (Cenik et al. 2015) 3 replicates |
GM12891 | mRNA-seq data from (Cenik et al. 2015) 3 replicates |
GM12892 | mRNA-seq data from (Cenik et al. 2015) 3 replicates |
GM19238 | mRNA-seq data from (Cenik et al. 2015) 3 replicates |
GM19239 | mRNA-seq data from (Cenik et al. 2015) 3 replicates |
GM19240 | mRNA-seq data from (Cenik et al. 2015) 3 replicates |
An alignment to ribosomal RNA was performed using Bowtie, and aligning reads were discarded. An alignment to the hg38 genome assembly was performed using Bowtie, and these tracks contains the uniquely mapping reads.
