Description

mRNA-seq unique mappers from lymphoblastoid cell lines .

Methods

Raw sequence data were obtained from NCBI FTP directory (SRP055009). Data from the following samples were processed:

GM12878 mRNA-seq data from (Cenik et al. 2015) 3 replicates
GM12891 mRNA-seq data from (Cenik et al. 2015) 3 replicates
GM12892 mRNA-seq data from (Cenik et al. 2015) 3 replicates
GM19238 mRNA-seq data from (Cenik et al. 2015) 3 replicates
GM19239 mRNA-seq data from (Cenik et al. 2015) 3 replicates
GM19240 mRNA-seq data from (Cenik et al. 2015) 3 replicates

An alignment to ribosomal RNA was performed using Bowtie, and aligning reads were discarded. An alignment to the hg38 genome assembly was performed using Bowtie, and these tracks contains the uniquely mapping reads.
